Experience:
Dave Ritchie has been managing property in Southwest Florida for over 25 years. He began his career as an agent in 1985. Only 4 years later, Ritchie became the sales manager for a local real estate broker and new construction company. His duties included supervision and training for new construction sales agents and the day-to-day management of branch offices at Marco Island, Riviera Golf Colony, and two Golden Gate locations. Ritchie was also in charge of Project & Development Sales in Palo Verde in the Vineyards, Admiral’s Watch in Windstar, Mystic Ridge in Pelican Landing, and the recruitment and training of 16 sales associates.
In 1997, Ritchie purchased Golden Gate Realty & Development, Inc. As the new broker/owner, Ritchie successfully operated, built and developed the company as a well-recognized and respected real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial property management and sales. In 2013, he joined forces with an existing real estate development team, expanding his reach and updating his brand as Golden Realty & Management, LLC.

Personal Background:
Ritchie & his wife Marilyn moved to Naples from Massachusetts in 1983. The Ritchie family has spent the past 33 years loving life in beautiful Naples. During this time, Ritchie has developed countless personal and professional friends. Ritchie has gained the trust and confidence of his friends and neighbors as well as his customers and clients. These relationships are held in the highest regard by Ritchie.
